When it comes to counselling, the hardest part can be the first meeting as you won’t know what to expect and may be intimidated or shy. Tom Willingson aims to put you at your ease immediately, and is impartial and non-judgmental, someone who is on your side, and here to help.
Your first session
At your first session it is important to establish why you’re here, and what you want to achieve; we discuss your goals and objectives, define the issue and deal with it. Tom is concerned about you, and wants your problems to be rectified ASAP; hypnotherapy is often effective, sometimes after only one session, after only one session.

Our thoughtful approach is tailor made for you, and you set the pace of the sessions; it’s all about you, and resolving to your issues and anxieties.
How it works
A session lasts between an hour and an hour and a quarter.
If you wish to incorporate a specific approach or method, just say so and, if we believe it will be beneficial, we will use it.
Individual counselling is recommended in most cases, but we welcome families and couples; sessions can be held in a variety of languages, including French, German and Scandinavian.
